The Cavallino team is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade.
The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen.
Works as part of a team alongside the Commis de Partie, contributing to their training and development.
Organizes mise en place and handles incoming orders.
Maintains cleanliness of their station and contributes to the overall kitchen hygiene.
At least two years of previous experience in the role within fine dining establishments.
Excellent knowledge of culinary preparations.
Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with the team.
A second language is considered a plus.
International experience will be considered a plus.
