This role requires a hands-on manager capable of guiding the team during service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, operational precision, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the front-of-house team.

  • Coordinate service and maintain an active presence during operations.

  • Oversee and manage the wine cellar with strong expertise in stock control.

  • Foster wine culture within the team through training and guidance.

  • Monitor and analyze operational performance using Excel.

  • Prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint.

  • Collaborate with management to uphold and further develop Gucci Osteria standards.

Ideal Profile

  • Solid experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants.

  • Strong knowledge of wine and management of structured wine cellars.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and team training experience.

  • Operational mindset with constant presence during service.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
