Our hospitality property, Casa Maria Luigia, is looking for a new team member to join its staff from May to October.
You will work closely with the property’s guests, ensuring the best possible experience throughout their stay.
Main duties:

You will assist guests throughout the entire duration of their stay, from check-in and check-out procedures to all concierge-related activities;

You will ensure compliance with the property’s service standards;

You will respond to guests’ requests and needs.
Additional duties will be defined according to individual skills, attitude and availability.
We are looking for a candidate with:

Excellent knowledge of both English and Italian. A third language will be considered a plus;

Strong communication skills and a natural aptitude for guest interaction;

Good command of standard IT tools;
-
A friendly attitude, professionalism and reliability.
Previous experience in the hospitality sector is appreciated but not essential.
