Casa Maria Luigia, in San Damaso, is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms, suites, and common areas of the hotel.

• Check and replenish in-room amenities, ensuring everything is perfect for our guests.

• Coordinate with the reception and service team to guarantee an impeccable guest experience.

• Promptly report any damage or maintenance needs in rooms or common areas.

• Attend to presentation details, from pillow arrangement to preparing special kits for guests.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with the luxury hotel’s policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-end or luxury hotel will be considered a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.

• Excellent organizational skills and a team-oriented attitude.

• Absolute discretion and respect for guests’ privacy.

• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
