Casa Maria Luigia, in San Damaso, is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Housekeeper.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms, suites, and common areas of the hotel.
Check and replenish in-room amenities, ensuring everything is perfect for our guests.
Coordinate with the reception and service team to guarantee an impeccable guest experience.
Promptly report any damage or maintenance needs in rooms or common areas.
Attend to presentation details, from pillow arrangement to preparing special kits for guests.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with the luxury hotel’s policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a high-end or luxury hotel will be considered a plus.
Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
Excellent organizational skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Absolute discretion and respect for guests’ privacy.
Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
