Our hospitality facility, Casa Maria Luigia, is looking for a new team member to join our staff.
You will work closely with the guests, ensuring they have the best possible experience.
Specifically, you will:
Assist guests throughout their entire stay, from check-in and check-out procedures to all concierge-related tasks;
Ensure that the standards of the property are maintained;
Respond to guests’ needs and requests.
Additional tasks will be defined based on your skills, attitude, and availability.
We are looking for someone with:
Excellent knowledge of both English and Italian. Knowledge of a third language is a plus;
Strong communication skills and a natural inclination for guest interaction;
Good command of standard computer tools;
A positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is appreciated but not essential.
