Francescana Family is looking for a General Manager of new project, starting from 2023.
US Work Permit is a mandatory requirement to having the application considered.
General manager functions as strategic business leader of the outlet.
Works with corporate and brand leadership team to develop corporate initiatives and strategies; the position ensures operations meet customers needs and proactively create a positive working environment, while focusing on growing revenues and consolidating gastronomic achievements.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in management positions.
- Experience in 80+ covers restaurants.
- Good knowledge and experience in fine dining/gourmet restaurants.
- Solid leadership skills, together with communication, relationship and strategic ones.
- Strong restaurant economics competences (P&L optimization)
- Excellent knowledge of Italian language
- Excellent knowledge of English language
Additional requirements:
- Experience in branded outlet will be a plus.
- Extensive Italian gastronomy knowledge will be a plus.
- Spanish speaking will be considered a plus.
- New opening experience will be considered a plus.
