This role requires a hands-on manager capable of guiding the team during service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, operational precision, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize the front-of-house team.

Oversee and manage the wine cellar with strong expertise in stock control.

Monitor and analyze operational performance using Excel.

Prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint.

Ideal Profile

Solid experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants.

Strong knowledge of wine and management of structured wine cellars.
