Ristorante Cavallino – Maranello – Chef de Partie

The Cavallino team is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade.

Responsibilities:

  • The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen.

  • Works as part of a team alongside the Commis de Partie, contributing to their training and development.

  • Organizes mise en place and handles incoming orders.

  • Maintains cleanliness of their station and contributes to the overall kitchen hygiene.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of previous experience in the role within fine dining establishments.

  • Excellent knowledge of culinary preparations.

  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with the team.

  • A second language is considered a plus.

  • International experience will be considered a plus.
