Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and friendly service to customers, taking orders and answering questions as needed
• Continuously learn about our menu items, promotions, and other offerings, and share knowledge with customers
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
• Set up and clean tables, and ensure proper table settings and condiment placement
• Process customer payments and provide accurate change as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling and storage
• Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, communicating with kitchen and other staff members as needed
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, escalating to the appropriate team member as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Service Leader or in a similar customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a work dynamic environment
